Bottom part keeps coming off and can't use it anymore.

Great Cordless Vacuum

I have had this vacuum for at least 3 years... maybe longer. I have a very harry dog, an indoor cat and live in the country with lots of sand. A game changer is to keep the internals clean, I swap out the washable filter about every other week then clean the dirty one and allow it to dry. Canned air works great too. Terrible vacuum

This vacuum became plugged the first and each time I used it. The chamber for vacuumed materials is tiny. There is a silly lever to compress what enters the chamber that doesn't do much good. Terrible vacuum.

Best ever

I love this vacuum the suction is fabulous I got rid of my larger vacuum when I saw how well this worked. Was shocked however that the battery in handle died already and my vacuum isn’t even a year old. However you sent me a new one quickly and I’m off again

Disappointed

I was so excited to finally have a cordless vacuum that has a beater attachment not to mention the other cool features like auto bag emptying (it's not called that ;-). The problem is that it also beats my hard wood floors, which is unnecessary and over time will scratch my floors. Additionally, when on the hard surface it make a horrible loud vibrating noise, which it doesn't do on carpet because carpet absorbs the sound and vibration. Lg wireless Vaccum

Dare I Say Fun to Vacuum with This?

Very unpleasant odor

I've owned this vacuum since December 2022 and generally it has proved satisfactory. However, after cleaning the exhaust filter recently by washing it out and letting it dry, a very unpleasant odor developed that has been very difficult to eliminate. I've since bought a new exhaust filter from LG, replaced the pre-filter and thoroughly washed out the cyclonic mesh filter and haven't been able to completely eliminate the odor. Poor suction

Not worth the price. Vacuum power is mediocre. Clogs frequently. Im mad we spent so much on this cordless: it barely cleans. Save your money.

Unpleasant odor

Overall it's an OK vacuum but the biggest problem I have is the odor that is created after you wash the pre-filter and fine dust filter. For some reason, after washing them as recommended in the product manual, they develop an unpleasant odor that is difficult to eliminate.

Great Vacuum and Companh

Great vacuum! We have many LG appliances, kitchen package, laundry, TV’s and the vacuum. The vacuum always worked great, but the wand head connection unexpectedly fell apart. When the vacuum broke after just under 2 years, I called LG and they sent the parts. Great products, great company!

Excellent product!

This is my second LG cordless stick vacuum, and I highly recommend it. Does it provide the same suction power as a high-quality upright for a deep clean? Well, no, but I'm not aware of any stick vacuums that do.
