Great dryer with easy repairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dryer is 5 years old and has had zero problems until last month when the fuse blew. I contacted customer service who walked me through all of the troubleshooting. When it was decided I needed a repair person, he gave me a list of 3 names. I called and he came out very quickly and resolved the issue with little expense.

Not working since I bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the townhouse in march and the dryer has not been working right. Everything takes double the amount of time I would expect it to to dry. Finally payed the deductible to the home warranty company and hopefully it will be fixed this week.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dryer back in 2012 and it has been fantastic. I have hade no issues. I would definitely buy another LG product which I did I have purchased a washing machine and a refrigerator all have been fantastic

Great while it lasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked fine until 3 months ago. Now the drum won’t stop turning. I have to turn the circuit breaker off in order to stop it. Then, when I want to do another load, I put the clothes in the dryer, go turn the circuit breaker on and go back to the drier to set the program for that load. It will be too expensive to have repaired.

Love the top rack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3rd rack on top is terrific for lids and light items that might just fly all around. Also the ability to adjust prongs for a variety of sizes is fantastic! And did I mention how well it cleans?

This is my first washing machine. I haven't had any problems; my bills are low, my clothes are clean, and it looks pretty snazzy in my pad, what more could I ask for from a washing machine?

This dryer looks amazing, is quiet and gets the job done. So many settings for the different types of clothes in my family. It always gets them dry.

I cannot say it enough how much I appreciate this dryer. It has all the settings and features I was looking for and to be able to get it in a color that goes with my overall home design and colors was a great added value! The true steam function works wonders on my work clothes that often are just in need of freshening up.

I am in love with this washer/dryer set! First of all the color is a gorgeous cherry red. But the quality of LG is unmatchable. The capacity and features of this washer/dryer set exceeds all expectations I had. The dryer is so smart it knows when things are dry and it adjusts the time accordingly. Love this Lg dryer. I had to replace my old one and chose LG because I have heard really good things about LG and decided to give it a try. That was the best decision I could have made. Bought the same day as and washer also. Love them both.

Waste of Money and Wardrobe

Walked into the store and picked out this model because my family used them and had no previous problems. My experience with this dryer has been HORRENDOUS. It picks/rips/shreds every single piece of clothing or linens that goes into it. Not only have I wasted a $1,000.00 on this dryer, but it has ruined hundreds of dollars of towels and clothes.
