UE Error Code Problem

Worked great except for UE error code problem that got worse with time. My wife just bought a new LG top loading impeller washing machine that was installed today as a replacement. Owned this machine 8 years.

My Wife Loved This Machine

We have had this washer for over 8 years with no issues. A few weeks ago it quit filling with water. We called for service and the repair was more than half the cost of a new one, so we bought a new machine.

Great Washer but now it LEAKS

Washer worked great for the first few years. Unfortunately it's started to leak water on the floor only with certain cycles. Tried cleaning and checking connections--time to call for service.

wonderful washer

We have had this washer since 2015 and truly love it, works like a charm everytime.We chose the top loder because of the space we had in our room. Great decision we made. LG is wonderful, we even purchased the dryer and now a refrigerator.

Great Experience

After 6 1/2 years this washer still works perfectly. Never needed a repair of any kind. Recommended.

Cleans well

Low water level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is okay except it barely puts any water in unless you put it on Bulky Bedding. I don’t know if things are as clean as I think since it barely uses any water. I use the “water plus” feature and that ads maybe two more inches of water.

Overflowed

We washed 2 blankets and left home for 3-4 hours. Came back and it was overflowing from the tip loader which flooded my first floor. I saw an OE code on the dash and I guess it has something to do with the overflow. The machine was supposed to even the weight of the load but when I turned off the washer one blanket was on the bottom and the other was floating which caused the overflow. After reading what the OE code means. Causing is uneven load.

Love my washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit, LG was the last product I wanted, due to my previous product I had with their name on it. So I was leery about it at first. However, I love my washing machine! I can wash my large comforters and not worry about a laundromat or cleaners. I haven’t had any problems with it at all. My dryer though, I no longer have because of a mechanical problem.

Best Clothing Washer EVER!!!!

The controls allow so many different choices washing modes it’s incredible. Our clothes are coming out cleaner and fresher than ever before - and they were really good prior to this. We live this machine and the wars it takes care of our clothes, bedsheets, etc. LG products are the b!

Great Washer

Broke within the first year

After 3 years of owning this machine, I am on the search for a new one. It hasn’t worked properly for the past two years. It keeps showing an error message and won’t stay balanced to wash the clothes. I’ve tried to make it work because I got 5 years out of the last LG front load washer. However, it’s taking too much of my time and putting more work on my dryer to keep it. This purchase was a horrible idea.

New washer machine

It was fine until recently

My washer was working just fine for 4 1/2 years. Now my clothes come out with random spots on them that look like oil or grease. If I pretreat the clothes, 90% of the time the spots go away, but there are some that just get new spots. On top of the oil/grease looking stains, now my washer trips my circuit breaker. I bought this washer and dryer as an upgrade to what I had 5 years previously in a different house. Never had an issue with the old model. I'm now to the point where I need a new ...

No trips to the laundromat necessary!!

Unreliable
