Good Product When Working

I really liked the product when it worked. I think I just received a lemon as it needed to be repaired 3 times in three years. I just ended up replacing the unit with a washtower.

Love this little dryer!

It is quiet, and I love all the features that it has available for all your different types of clothes/sheets. The sound that it plays when the load is done is also very handy! You are able to change the volume as well or have it complete silent. Very useful.

tE3 error not fixable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a little over 2 years ago and got an error code that seems to not be fixable. tE3, which indicated the thermistor is faulty. I replaced the thermistor and still getting this code. The dryer runs for about 3 minutes then flips the code signal. I also regularly clean the lint from not just the vent trap but the whole fan system and condenser. This product seems to be discontinued for good reason. I will not be buying any more ...

Great for an Apartment Dryer, Until is Wasn't

Definitely buy the service agreement. Don't know the statistics, but these dryers are made of plastic. So glad I was covered when 4 years into the 5 year contract, the motor burned out. Happily, they came, took the entire dryer apart and replaced the bad parts. Wonder if I can extend the service warranty....

Turns off every couple of min

I bought this unit almost 2 years ago for my Florida condo. It does not got a lot of use as I am only there 16 to 20 weeks a year. Shortly after the 1 year warranty ran out it started turning itself off every couple of min. It typically requires 5 to 7 restarts before it finally runs till cycle finishes.

Works great

It gets the clothes clean if you don’t over stuff it. It’s pretty small but still fits a good amount.

Substandard materials used in the product

Arrived today with plastic composition door sensor already snapped off. Unable to use and negative review vanished. Planned obsolescence that keeps costs down and bolsters profits lead to low customer satisfaction. Should have heeded original review.

Excellent for small Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dryer for two years now. It is small and when working effective is great. . I have a long term warranty which I would suggest you buy. The dryer had a problem and after much conversation was repaired. The issue turned out to be an airflow cap. Now it is repaired it’s working great again, It works like a dehumidifier not a regular vent a dryer

Dries into a tight bundle

a good dryer goes backwards and forwards so things do not get rolled into a tight bundle. This is not a good dryer.

Problems early on

Dryer after a yr overheats and shuts off. You have to turn off the dryer and let it cool for about 30 minutes and then restart. That usually works. Fibally able to get a repair appt. He thinks replacing the motor should fix. We’ll see

The best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG has done it with this ventless dryer. This dryer is the best one I have ever owned. I’m 70. The feature letting the drum stop and then reposition the clothes makes my dry time faster. My clothes come out soft and with no wrinkles. My only complaint is that LG makes only a compact ventless dryer. (See pic) I call it Shorty!

Great Compact Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They no vent feature was why I selected it for my mobile home. It works great with minimum care and upkeep. After one year, an issue has developed apparently due to overheat or control unit problem. The trump quits turning, however, turning off for a few minutes and restarting, and it works again. Overall.... I am happy with it...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once we finally got it installed properly, I love the dryer. I do have one complaint. The unit is sold to be stacked on the matching washer. The washer opens right to left, and the dryer opens left to right - this makes it difficult to remove the clothes from the washer to put in the dryer. This design flaw gives you only about 1' of clearance to do this task. I'm not a large woman, but I am elderly, and this is really inconvenient. There...
