We went in the store to look at it and a very knowledgeable salesman answered our questions. We love the one hour cycle which gets our dishes crystal clean. It is also very quiet which is important to us. We recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher!

I think it a very poorly made product!!! Five day after the dishwasher was installed, we had to call for repairs . they switched out the mother board and other parts. Now the bottom rack can not hold a set of dishes with out falling off it roller. If I could I would return it ...........

Nice Features, Not whisper Quiet
All of the upgraded features that LG models have. Glasses and silverware are coming our much cleaner than from the GE Profile I replaced. Final everything is dry when the cycle is finished, no more towel drying. Nice flush ft in standard cabinet. Not as quiet as I though it would be. Lower rack is a little lower because of the third back being added. Only those with a bad back will notice..

NOISY & Cheap, Cleans Well
Would Not RecommendPros: Cleans well with 1-hr wash, Fingerprint resistant, Great price on Black Friday. Cons: Noisiest dishwasher we've ever had (65-72 dB, not 46.) Light, cheap racks. Noise complaint to LG was met with "run-around" followed by ghosting.
Cleans well but still don't recommend
I don't like the way the dishwasher loads. The dinner plates don't stay upright, they tilt over and bang into each other. A wheel broke off the lower rack assembly one month after installation.
