I am leaving another review in response to the LG rep's suggestions concerning my flickering issue, that that I (1) make sure the microwave is on a dedicated circuit, and (2) to unplug it for a few minutes to reset it. Stopped working after 2 1/2 years

I bought this microwave for a remodel and It was manufactured in January 2023 and installed that spring. In August 2025 it stopped working. The interior light stopped coming on and the microwave hums but doesn't heat anything. A little over 2 years working is not long enough in my opinion.

Plugged in this microwave right out of the box and I was getting a "door" error on the display. The turntable inside the microwave would spin, and that was all it would do. Turns out the issue isn't a one off problem. LG service wants to replace a part on the brand new microwave. I requested a new one and the best they can do is repair it. Have a feeling I'll be purchasing a different microwave sooner than later. Certainly not LG. Don't fall for the "Americas Most Reliable" badge they so proudly...

Easy Install

I purchased this LG Microwave oven to replace my 10 year old LG oven. Aside from being a good microwave, the best thing about going with the same brand was LG had not changed the mounting points or hardware so I was able to install the new microwave with the existing mounting bracket and cabinet holes I already had, making installation a breeze.
