From the shipping box the Control bar is a little bit out of alignment with the drawer face, but everything works good. Would RecommendI bought this online. Like all the features it offers so I don’t need all the extra appliances on the counter. The toasting features take a little experimenting, but does the job.? Just which the rack slid Ot to make it easier to turn items over. I thought it was American made that’s another reason why I bought it, but the inside sticker says made in China. This was disappointing. But overall I love it.

This suits me perfectly for all of my current needs, but as I get older, if I had one future model upgrade request, it would be ideal if when you opened the door the control panel flipped up on a 45 degree angle for easier viewing...not an issue for me now....but someday!

Door is a Great Feature
Would RecommendI bought this two weeks ago and still getting used to the high-tech features. Need to call company because clock light is not lit up but the light works when using. The frop-down door is a huge plus along with all the option of an air fryer.

Great space saver
Would RecommendWe bought this 3 years ago and love it. I don’t like a microwave sitting by head while cooking. And this is much easier on the body to load heavier items. I prefer this style over the other drawer versions because I don’t have to lift open a cover.

Doesn't work consistantley
Would Not RecommendI've only had this for a little more than a month. When I first got it, I kept having issues. It wasn't heating and the door wouldn't stay closed. The tech walked me through how to repair it over the phone. Then all was well for a couple days, then it started doing it again. I hate having to pull it out and unscrew parts to repair it constantly. Then it will work for me, but when my kids come right behind me, it doesn't work for them. No consistency!

Would RecommendI purchased the 24" drawer microwave in late March. Upon receipt we took it out of the box, plugged it & plugged it in to make sure it was operational. We also boiled water in it to make sure it took about the same time as our over the range microwave . It did a fine job, was very quiet and the drawer operation was very smooth. Due to delays with our contractor in completing the cabinetry where it will reside, it has been back in its original box since our testing in late March. We are eager ...
