Surface prep is important
I painted a door in my powder room. It took three coats to cover to my satisfaction because of the way the light hit on the grain of the wood. I thought that I had missed something so I’m very happy with the results.

Would RecommendThis gold paint is really gorgeous. It's a shiny and sparkly gold. I suggest using a primer before applying. I applied my 1st coat with a brush. The following day I applied a 2nd coat with a small roller. I usd this paint on my bathroom cabinets.
