Sturdy, solid, very attractive

This faucet is amazing. It looks great, feels solid and works great. The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well. I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs. The shipping was excellent and overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

High Quality Faucet with an Achilles Heel

The faucet appears to work extremely well and would have rated five stars were it not for the plastic spray selector switch breaking off in the first few months. I've managed to repair with super glue on a few occasions but it has become resistant. Will need to try silicone next.

First the 18 in. Commercial Style Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Spot Free Antique Champagne Bronze/Matte Black faucet has no water pressure, now the water is flowing out the top. terrible quality. Don't buy. Have only used it barely for a week.

Hose isn't replaceable and leaks

Hose leaks after a few years and apparently can't be replaced. So much for a warranty. After a long Google search, apparently this is not uncommon.

Not so good

Nice faucet, worked well for the first two years, and was a nice size for our location. Unfortunately, after two years, it started leaking from the point where the hose attaches to the faucet

Love this choice!

I am very happy with this faucet. The style, finish and functionality is a perfect match. At the click of a button I can choose to select spray or normal flow.

Beautiful commercial style sink faucet

I am very satisfied with this sink faucet that pairs well with our workstation sink in our laundry room. It looks and works so great and has never given us any problems. We love everything about it and would buy it again!

One of the world's greatest inventions

You don't know how much you need this faucet until you have it - it looks good all the time, no spots, and eliminated the need for a separate reverse osmosis tap so my sink area doesn't look cluttered. The separate reverse osmosis line built into the faucet is one of this world's greatest inventions, trust me!

button breaks after 3 years

We purchased the Boden Model #: KPF-1610SFS in July of 2021. We were very satisfied with our purchase--easy to clean, great function. However, the button to change the spray function has broken off. We dont use the spray function often so were quite surprised that the item failed within 3 years. Cant imagine any aspect of user error on this one. What a pain. I am following up w Kraus about warranty options, and will update regarding customer services.

Love it!

After using many different pull-down type faucets over the years, this is the very best one. It's easy to use, works smoothly, has a nice long hose, & so easy to keep clean. After 3 years, the finish looks like new.

Bolden: Faucet head leaking water btwn parts

I've had the Bolden faucet for over 1.5 years now and I'm noticing that there are leaks at the faucet head; in 2 different places. When I turn on the faucet (either manually or by using the sensor) water is leaking around the top of the spout, at the end of the faucet. I've tried everything to turn the head of the faucet in a circular motion. I've tried pushing the components together and nothing. It's still leaking. I love the faucet but this is just awful.

Nice faucet!

Wow this faucet is great. I like the height of it. Its tall but not too overwhelming. The sensor is very easy to use and in a convenient location. The matte black and stainless finish holds up very well. No complaints here

Obsessed with this faucet!

We are obsessed with this faucet. It was super easy to install and we love that we chose 18" - allows for larger pots in the sink to fill with water or clean up.

poor quality plastic parts ruin the aesthetic.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

Faucet spray button fell off

The faucet spray button fell off after one year and one month of usage. Just out of warranty.

Very attractive. The only one issue

I like the pull down kitchen faucet. The only issue is, if you reduce the flow to conserve hot water, the spray returns to a single stream.

Motion sensor is inconsistent, not worth the high price tag

This was an expensive faucet and stopped within a year. The inconsistency of the motion sensor is getting worse and troubleshooting it with battery replacement and other fixes has not worked. Frustrating.

Poor quality for the price

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

Black paint chips away

We’ve had this faucet for a couple years now. It works very well. Unfortunately, the black paint started chipping on the front of the faucet and continues to do so. I would get a different one now if I were choosing.
