Very disappointed

I ignored a persistent leak - deciding to just live with it. But now the faucet head pops completely off. Beautiful product and high hopes but I got a dud :(

Great Faucet

Love this faucet, easy to install works great. The auto shut off feature now has us wanting to install all our faucets with that feature. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. The matching strainer is also amazing, the best strainer, easy to install, works great, stops everything but allows the water to drain freely. Only minor, very small issue is after about a month of use the sprayer does not automatically shut off. The entire area is clean, just added a little WD-40 to it and it is working again...

Little over a Year Old

We barely use the pull down spray feature and the hose snapped off. The product is not in warranty and you can not find replacement parts. Go with a different brand you can actually buy replacement parts for that match the item.

Cute but poor design - always issues w/ sprayer

We have had this faucet for two years now. No issues the first year, but had pressure issues with the sprayer shortly after the year mark. Reached out to Kraus, they tried to sell us a new sprayer but relented and just replaced it for free. Now, another year later, the sprayer is leaking internally and dripping. Love the use of metal on all the other products but the cheaper plastic sprayer continues to be the issue with this product. I would look for a different brand if I were you.

Motion sensor washing!

It takes a bit for everyone at home to get use to not turning the handle on and off and just waving once to start or stop the water flow! But once you get the hang of it it’s pretty awesome!

Gold faded off faucet head, the black rubber nozzle piece came off and water flow is low.

Great faucet with 1 design flaw.

We have had the faucet for a couple of years, it functions and looks great. The only problem is that the filter washer is located under the sink where the hose attaches to the faucet. That makes it difficult to remove and clean the screen. Normally, the screen would be located in the sprayer head. Very poor design choice.

The first one leaked

Love the way it looks but the first one we ordered had a leaky o-ring which we were not able to access. We had leakage under our sink and had to order another faucet and return the original.

Wish the sensor was a little more sensitive and had more range

Heavy duty

This faucet looks and feels super high end and it is very heavy. I liked the handles and the metal however its a lottle awkward to re-attach it to the bar that holds the nozzle ans the spray button felt cheap and plastic.

Faulty nozzle

Loved the faucet when we first installed it 6 months ago. Last month I noticed the button for the purified water started to stick and wouldn't always turn off on the first try. Now a month later the button is stuck and I have had to turn off the cold water to my kitchen sink to prevent it from constantly running out of the filter nozzle.

Beautiful but sprayer doesn't work consistently

I think the faucet is beautiful. I have received many compliments. The only complaint is that the sprayer doesn't work properly. The faucet doesn't turn off when you engage the sprayer resulting in low sprayer pressure

Awesome sink faucet!

I am thrilled with my new faucet, it has amazing water flow, and love the touchless feature.
