Not good!
Would Not RecommendI liked the size & form of this ratchet. First one broke quickly, pawl failure, drive spins freely no matter which position the selector in in. Lowe's replaced it. Second one broke quickly as well, same failure. Lowe's replaced it. I am not confident that the third one is any better, as I feel there is a serious design flaw in this ratchet. Also, no I did not abuse this tool, no cheater bars on the handle, hammers, etc. Only my hand on it. I really expected more, will not purchase Cobalt...

Came Into Store for 180 tooth Left With This
Would RecommendNeeded maximum intake manifold help. Wanted the 180 tooth ratchet. After comparing side by side, yes I like the 180 tooth minimal rotation between teeth notches, BUT its wider like others, and thicker like others. Getting into tight spaces I choose this one. It is smaller in person side by side just like one of the pictures.

Bought this 3/8" ratchet in May 2025. Used it once and tried to use it a 2nd time in September 2025. It broke. The head spins in both directions. I no longer have the receipt, therefore I don't believe I will be able to receive a refund. This kobalt is junk. Buy snap-on. This is what I am going to do.
