Would Not RecommendI have been using these lines for some years now. The price has went up, and almost seems like the line has got shorter. For the price you pay. You do not get a lot. The line runs out very fast. It is also not that easy to spool in. I’m planing to go to gas, and get rid of my battery Kobalt trimmer.

Would Not RecommendThe Kobalt trimmer is fine, but unfortunately these line replacement spools are ultra frustrating, a waste of time and way overpriced. I’m sure my neighbors have heard a few choice words when it comes time to replace these things and that’s frequently because they only seem to last about 3 or 4 uses. Kobalt Weed Eater Trimmer Line
Would RecommendI have had my Kobalt 40v Trimmer since May 2020 and have used it quite a bit around our 1.3 acres of wooded land. I use the 3-pack 20-ft .065-in spools and haven't had any trouble using them. I am a 73 year old woman and did have a little trouble removing the the spool cap a few times until I figured it out. Much easier now! I really love my battery-operated trimmer!
