I have a lot of mix and match screwdrivers and decided I needed a complete set to stay in my tool chest. I am older, have arthritis and these are easy to grip.

I tried to return a screwdriver. Took an hour. They no longer made that part number. Lowe's gave me a number to call. so had to call the manager. so much for life time warranty. it said hassle free returns. no questions asked.

It says life time warranty no hassle guarantee. No questions asked. it took over an hour. that model of screwdriver no longer made. it was about 5 years old. Lowe's gave me a phone number to call. I was told they no longer made that model. kobalt gave me a number to give to the cashier.

Terrible “hassle free” replacement policy on kits

I broke the tip on my 8” standard Kobalt screwdriver out of this kit. I go to Lowe’s for a “Hassle Free” replacement only to find out that because this screwdriver is not stocked at Lowe’s individually they cannot open a pack and give me a replacement. I have to call Kobalt. Ok so I call Kobalt and after 10 minutes I’m told they can’t send me a single screwdriver and instead I have to find all 18 pieces from the original kit go back to Lowe’s and do a return and then buy a replacement kit.
