What Customers Are Saying
The sleeping pad is generally comfortable and supportive, with a large size and wide design that is appreciated by taller and larger users. It is easy to inflate and deflate, and packs down compactly. However, some users have experienced issues with durability, reporting air leaks or complete failures. A few also found the pad to be noisy or lacking in insulation. Overall, the majority of reviewers are satisfied with the pad's performance and value.

Best broad shoulder air pad
Packs down super small. Good solid trustworthy material that I don't have to worry about. Yes, it could be more comfortable with a thin layer of foam , but that would prevent it from packing down so small. Enough thickness for comfortable back sleeping. Some people have mentioned that side sleeping on it is uncomfortable, but that's literally every sleeping pad short of a 6in foam pad. The v-shaped piping prevent any caving-in effects where typical straight tube piping style pads usually would. ...

Quality mattress, does allow for some side sleeping. Packs up nice and small for wilderness use. Fantastic warranty if it ever is needed.

Super comfortable for a big dude
I am 6’8, 340 lb, a side sleeper, and newer to camping. This means I am probably the harshest imaginable test case for a sleeping pad. Fortunately, I love this thing! I’ve used it probably five or so times now and it has held up quite well. I won’t pretend like I am getting hotel-quality sleep on a sleeping pad in a tent, but I can fall asleep and stay asleep very easily with little issue. Also very easy to inflate with just my lungs. Highly recommended!

Deflates
I bought my first Klymit pad years ago and it started deflating after 5-6 uses with no visible leaks (did all the tests). They sent me a refurbished one, which lasted a couple of years. That finally deflated the same way. I bought another one recently, and it only lasted one night. Fully deflated on night 2. No visible leaks (did the water test). I am very careful with these pads. There's something wrong in the design/manufacturing; they leak air from the valves or across all the seams very slow...

Decent pad if you catch it on sale
These pads are great if you want something cheap. Will they give you the best night of sleep ever? Not exactly. But if you are backpacking on a budget, and you want something decently comfortable this will do. I did car camp with it once in my outback and it was fine in a pinch. If you can spring for the insulated version, I would.

Great size and product
Light and compact. I am 6' 2" and it fits well. Highly recommend.

Best I’ve ever had!
Would RecommendI worked as a crew lead last year at Montana Conservation Corps and had to sleep out of my tent for 10 months. While not warm enough for winter, I’ve tried Nemo, the other popular yellow one, and nothing compared to the comfort of this pad! I’m looking at getting the insulated version now! I’m a side sleeper and the rails help a lot and the v shape helps me feel secure by sticking my heels into it. Very sturdy.

Great compact / backpacking mat
I have used this for over 5 years and it still holds air well. It is super comfortable and it pack up small. The only downfall was that it is too narrow for my size. I recently purchased same mattress but the wide version.

Relieved pressure points when sleeping while camping
This sleeping pad relieved pressure points that make waking up in the mornings much more enjoyable when camping. I will more than likely purchase one or two more for a couple family members.

Camping pads
Nice lightweight for camping , backpacking, cost friendly

Nice sleeping pad for car camping (or any time you don't mind a little extra weight/size). You can definitely notice the extra comfort of the XL luxe. It could be easier to pack considering its geared toward car camping anyways.

Can’t beat it for the price
Great pad at a low price. Comfortable but there are others that are more comfortable. Biggest downside is no insulation/low R value.

Light and wide
Im actually surprised with how wide it is. Also even though it's not thick, I don't touch the floor as a side sleeper. My only gripe which I gave a 4 star is because it's annoying to deflate. The v traps in hair and ir takes forever to take the air out.

Very comfortable! (Edit) When it's not deflated.
I shoot competitions and stay in some barracks-like housing. The bunks are a mattress about 2.5" thick on plywood. Putting this between my sleeping bag and the mattress allowed me to get some much needed rest and sleep. (Edit) Second time I used it I had to re-inflate it three times in six days. No nails or anything to catch on and yes, I know it has a patch kit, buy no reason for something this pricey to fail on the second time out.
