The drill is just what I wanted, and it works well. The price was also quite competitive. The only complaint I have is the pick up desk personnel. There was a group of four or five employees having a fine ole time while I stood there waiting. They looked at me but continued their banter. finally a young guy who had also been just standing around asked about my pickup item. It was smooth after that, and I'll admit this is the first time this has happened to me.
