Beautifully design. This fridge not only looks great but functions as well. Love the adjustable side shelves and the “wood” drawer.

Better than expected! But not surprised either!

This unit is soooo spacious and the lighting is perfect! I love the variety of shelves and being able to place them where I need and use them on the door. LOTs of room in the main frig as well. True the glass shelves don't pull all the way out BUT that is no problem anyway. The freezer is big! With the ice maker in the door itself, you have ample room for a lot of food, ice cream, even a whole turkey fit's in there, I've had Kitchen Aid in the past and wouldn't buy anything else. We love Kitchen Aid. Our last refrigerator was also a Kitchen Aid which developed an ice cube dispenser issue with issues of freezer warming. The new refrigerator is beautiful, well organized with one exception, there is no wine bottle holder shelf which our previous refrigerator had. Upon installation the refrigerator cooled off quickly and the freezer was useable. It has ample space for all our food items and great led lighting in the interior. Would I buy again? Emphatic Yes!

Did not get the Refrigerator I wanted

During all of the controversy that went on during this order, I ended up with a smaller regrigerator than I wanted. I believe I ordered the correct version during the first order #30090211826252650. Somehow with all the trading of calls and emails I ended up ordering one that is much smaller. Please help me get this straightened out. The order received can be viewed on order 203519119261580922 which I just received. Thanks!

Beware of the seal in the side by side models.

I was very excited about getting a kitchen aid appliance, never had one before. But, before it was a week old, I had to call the warranty company. There’s condensation on the outside of the freezer door, very disappointing!

UNREAL AND SUPREMELY FAST SERVICE

IT was 11:00 on Friday night. I was cooking. I packed up my food, and I turned to put it in my refrigerator. OUCH! My refrigerator was REALLY HOT! A hot refrigerator? How weird. My fridge was probably 17 years old, but it had never given me any problems. The freezer was at 33 degrees and the fridge was 23. The bar between the two parts was too hot to touch. Make sure you are ok with a grey interior.

Needed to replace my refrigerator because it broke down. This is the updated version of my previous refrigerator. Gave star rating I did because I really miss the wine rack that was in the old one and the gray interior will take a little getting used to.

Can’t be more satisfied with this new purchase. This is a buy up from the former Whirlpool model I owned. (Whirlpool makes KitchenAid) My first realization was the number of shelves on each side doubled. When I pass it, I have to flat hand touch to see if it is working because it is whisper quiet. And, it is just beautiful inside. (Picture shows temporary location-no handles yet)
