Great refrigerator Ice Dispenser is HORRIBLE!

We purchased our new refrigerator in January and have been very pleased with the design. Coming from another brand with a single cavernous freezer drawer where items would get lost for months, the 3-drawer freezer configuration is nothing short of spectacular. I do have one very serious issue with this model, however. The ice dispenser is horrible. To begin with the recess in the door to access ice and water is so small that nothing larger than a standard drinking glass will fit, but I digress. ...

Disappointed

The service is terrible! Hard to get ahold of and put on hold every time On hold up to 3 hours with no answers. Been dealing with this for months. Ice keeps building up in the back of the pullout drawer that is part of the refrigerator even through the drawer is closed!!

We have had this refrigerator for about a month now and so far it’s been working great!! I’m hopeful that it will be a good product. The design and layout work out nicely for us.

Extremely bad designed water dispenser!!

Extremely stupid design!! the water spout is in front of ice so you have to use two hands to get water. One to hold glass or? And one to reach in to press paddle top. I thought the whole paddle came out more and you could press anywhereI. can’t imagine any one designing a worse water dispenser. They ought to be fired!!! Nice fridge but this ruined it since this feature is used a lot. They are lucky you can’t really try this feature before buying! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB!

Great features including an excellent ice maker

nice looks, great storage.

seems very high quality. aesthetics are great. quiet. great storage options. It's a little tough to level in an old house. I do not like the ice maker design. the ice melts and molds together since this is not a sealed compartment when you open the fridge doors.
