Excellent home grown serviceman

About a month after I purchased my blender the the plastic exterior broke where it attached to the working parts. I would have returned it for another one, but my " handy man " husband rebuilt and repaired the interior attachment. I know this will not fall apart, but maybe if I got a replacement it would be subject to the same type of breakdown. The blender has worked dependably since that time. I have had this blender for over four years now. Still love it as much as I did when I first used it.

Tough and reliable

This tough blender helps us with chopping vegetables for soups and patties, It makes cocktails by pulsing the ice and giving smooth pours. Perfect for big pancake breakfasts. The kids love the fruit smoothies.

Nice safety feature (It cuts the wire to turn off)

I don't remember when i bought it, may year or two years ago but used may be 2 or 3 times. Last time tried to make smoothie & ice got stuck. Instead of turn it off by safety feature, it rotated the motor inside & plastic got broken. It doesn't say where it was made but it does say, assembled in USA. It makes it clear where it was made. It has nice safety feature. When the motor couldn't stop forcing, it broke the plastic inside & the fan cut the wire to disconnect the blender.

Good for the price

The reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because I have to add more liquid than I'd like when making smoothies from frozen fruit and juice (the liquid). I realize it's not a professional juice bar blender, so it's probably not a realistic expectation, but my previous blender was able to make thicker smoothies than this one is.

Either making smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit and a lot of frozen coffee drinks. The only issue I have had is a little rust on the blade but I believe that is my fault from putting it away when it was not fully dry. Whip it, Whip it Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this blender several months ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. I mainly use it for my morning protein smoothies and shakes along with my world famous Salsa recipe. I liked this purchase so much I just bought a newer Kitchen Aid Model K150 for my niece as a Birthday present. I like Red, she prefers Black. The finish on both just sparkle all fancy like.

Blended well but now rattling around in base

it lasted for only 1 single usage

I lost all the ingredients that were put into it and to make things worse, I have been waiting for more than 2 months for the replacement and so far, NOTHING happened. Pretty awful experience. It does simply does not match the Kitchen Aid BRAND !!

Easy to use!

The cover leaks on high setting or pulse. You get sprayed the plastic insert in the middle can't be secured to the rest of the top,

I bought this 2 weeks ago and am very happy. Always loved kitchen aid products. Will never buy another off brand. Goes good with my kitchen. I recommend these products!!

Great features
