Might as well buy another brand

No instruction manual except an instruction to come here and for what?

Don't waste your money.

Awfully designed piece of crap. Doesn't chop anything...swirls it around. The pour spout it two rickety pieces for some reason and since you have to open the lid to a 90 degree angle both pieces aren't flush and fall on the counter. Also the blades don't stop when you open the lid until it's about 45 degrees...I'm suprised someone hasn't cut their thumb off. Best choice I ever made

I have never wanted to buy a Good processor since they were bulky and some of them were heavy. I saw this one and instantly fell in love with the size, price and the ratings. It’s lightweight and does a wonderful job. Glad I made the choice.

Good quality for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned an older model food processor which worked fine and replaced it with this new one. It’s a lot lighter with more plastic parts but overall still worked as it should. Lately we’ve been using it to make veggie chop for our bird daily. Easy cleanup and maintenance.

Oaky

It works, it is not very powerful. I got this as a Christmas as a replacement for an older one that I had that for 10+ years that had finally wore out. This one works but it shuts off after a few minuets, and its high setting is more like my old one's low. It seems to be the case of a really good product getting weaker/worse overtime.

Perfection!

I absolutely love this Kitchen Aid Food Processor! It works so well and so quietly. It's much easier to clean than my old B&D one. I look forward to using it for years to come.

Poor bowl design

I bought the food processor 2 years ago but has only been used 5 times. I used it today and it wouldn't turn any of the attachments. The motor seems to run fine but the piece that's attached to the center of the bowl will not turn the blade or disc. There's no visible broken pieces. It's cheap plastic and apparently worn out so it doesn't catch correctly to rotate the blade or shredding disc. Definitely do not recommend this model.

Food Processor

I bought this for myself for my birthday. I like it, but find it a little weak for what I was expecting from Kitchen Aid. It will do for what I wanted it for.

Solid Kitchen Addition

Very good at chopping dried fruits and nuts. Cheese, especially Parmigiana Reggiano and Pecorino Romano tend to get stuck where chute meets blade. I have had this or a similar Kitchen Aid food processor of years. Gets the job done every time.

Nothing compares

So happy with this purchase! I used to have the smaller version which was great but now that I’m older & have a growing family it was really time for an upgrade. I had received a different brand as a gift & it just wasn’t effective enough. I got rid of it & got this one for myself! Best decision!

Great food processor!

This is a great food processor if you are looking something small but powerful! I have thoroughly enjoyed using it and the instruction videos on the website are very helpful and informative. IMO, a great value for the price!

Very poor motor quality

UPDATE: I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS TO THE EMAIL-ID IS PROVIDED IN THE REVIEW REPLY, BUT NO RESPOND YET. NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE OF MY EMAIL FOR WEEKS. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I so disappointed as my 7 Cup plus food processor stopped working all sudden in less than a year of use. I don't know why the quality of kitchenaid products have gone down so much. Ease of use and cleanup

Actually, just purchased and used for the first time but am very happy with the layout and ease of usage and cleanup. I obviously can't speak to the long-range durability, but this seems like a very well thought out and well-built product and I'm looking forwards to years of great use. I almost purchase a different brand, but the kitchen aid name brand is why I picked this one and couldn't be happier. Thanks, and Happy Holidays

Limited life span

I used to love this little food processor, but after owning it for a little over a year, the handle broke, and KitchenAid doesn’t offer a replacement bowl for purchase. This feels irresponsible in terms of the environmental impact.

Broke after 4 years

Bought this about 4 years ago. Fuse went bad and it no longer works. KitchenAid refuses to fix it even after you jump through all the hoops to talk to anyone.
