First and foremost the mixer start at a lower speed then other mixer..I know cause had one of yours for about 10 years and wen it gave out..I taught to my self ...Just buy a cheaper one ,it will do the same..I was wrong..they (other marks) were way to fast and not powerful enough. But the hand mixer that I bought did the job!So I learned my lesson better pay a little m...

Gets the job done no frills

Getting used to attaching the beaters the first couple times is a little tricky too. But so far, no .major complaints.
