Perfect oven for the counter

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this toaster oven to hold me over until I could get my oven fixed. I had it for almost 4 months and it has worked wonderfully. It functions perfectly and heats up quickly. I have burnt my knuckles a few times, I'm still getting used to a smaller oven. I found that this is a wonderful option for cooking in the hot summer days, as it doesn't heat up the house.

Great countertop oven

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this countertop oven so that I could heat food without turning on the larger oven. I discovered that it fits a full size pizza; it bakes fantastically; it reheats food very quickly. I am more than pleased with this unit.

Can't get replacement element

Loved it until one of the upper elements failed and I discovered replacements are not offered. I spent more money on Kitchen Aid because I thought it would last AND because when it fails (everything fails) I expected it'd be repairable. Such a standard part as a heating element not being available - extremely disappointing and indicative of poor environmental stewardship.

Heats up fast and cooks very well

Expected do much more from kitchenaid

Never waste your time. Temperture not accurate will not bake anything I want to serve anyone

Great oven!!!

Not sure if I'd get another one! Melted wires worry me ?

Simple to use but unfortunately it has stopped working! Thought it was a fuse but wires melted inside !!!! It was a gift &I don't have a receipt for it ???

Broke after 10 months

I got this oven last October because my mom has one that has lasted years. Unfortunately mine broke this past July and I hadn't even had it for a year yet. Not only that, it short circuited our outlet and we had to pay to have an electrician fix our electric board on that wall. I am now not allowed to buy kitchenaid toaster ovens anymore because of this incident. :(

Disappointed

Enjoyed for about 2 years, then it just quit. No light, no heat, no nothing. Had taken good care of and had used average of two or three times a week. Then looked in owner's manual for help. Extent of help was "check fuse to outlet, unplug oven and plug back in." Wow. Read other reviews annotating same problem, and yet nothing from KitchenAide. I expected more from KitchenAide.

great appliance

WE have had this for years. We use it almost daily as an oven for heating or cooking. We moved into our new house which has two large ovens and a microwave but we use this in our pantry.

So happy I have one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the oven. It is very hot and humid in Louisiana in August and I haven't had to turn on my oven on my stove since I got it. I would recommend it to everyone. Oh yes, it heats up faster than my stove top oven. Love I, love it. Thank you KitchenAid for coming to my aide this is exactly what I have been looking for. I use it in my motor home also instead of propane.

This is THE Toaster Oven!

Just not sure about this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven so I don't need to use my big oven for the two of us. The oven door is out of alignment on the right side. I returned my first one, thinking it was a defect. The second one came today...same thing. Customer service said it's that way for ventilation. The whole unit gets hot. I can't keep it on the counter with little ones in the house. Does anyone else have this problem??

Good until it was not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing worked like it should for 2 years. Now the toasting feature will not work which means it is now just and oven and not a toaster. I am quite surprised it stopped working after just 2 years seeing as how Kitchen Aid is supposed to be a more superior brand to most others.

Convenient
