Did not last very long

I used it regularly and was very pleased when it was working. It barely outlasted the warranty and then stopped working. Not something I would have expected from a KitchenAid appliance. It was replaced with a Hamilton Beech carafe and single cup maker and I have been very happy with it.

Best cup of coffee, nothing else compares

I wish KitchenAid would make this single brew coffee maker again. It makes a perfect cup of coffee, using a paper cone filter. This shape of filter results in the best tasting coffee. It is hot. We even brew it right into an oversized mug when not needing the travel mug. Best solution for delicious hot full strength coffee. My college age kids love it too. I have to resort to buying the last used model I can find.

Replacement

I got this for my birthday and I lost the mug. I just need a new one.

Love this coffee maker

Good coffee maker but terrible thermal mug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker is very good but the 18 ounce thermal mug has a terrible odor that I have not been able to remove. I had to purchase a new mug with a stainless steel interior that is easy to clean and has no odor.

Garbage (won’t let me type Cr*p)

Stopped working after less then a year. Not even used everyday. Come on KitchenAid. For this price and not even lasting a year.

Perfect for one person.

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine when you want coffee on the go. I do wish it would brew k cups but even without that feature, it's still a great machine.

Died after a couple of years

I bought this a few years ago and don't use that often as usually brew a pot. Use it when I am the only one around. Excellent for that. The other day it just quit alltogether, mid brew and won't brew any more. Unacceptable, especially considering the price. Very dissapointed.

Great barista style coffee in your home!

Great barista style coffee in your home! I forgot how good a Home cuppa coffee could be us. Now I don’t have to go out and spend 5 to 7 dollars for a cup of coffee every morning. I can do it right at home. I wish it had a larger water reservoir. My only recommendation. Other than that, it brews a tasty cup of coffee. And the brewer looks fantastic on my counter with all my red Kitchenaid appliances.

Perfect coffee maker for one person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this at work 5 days a week all day. Works great, fresh cup of coffee in about 3 min. and it tastes great. Choose your own grind of coffee and brew, much much better and cheaper than pods. Best Single cup Coffee Maker on the market!!

Perfect brewing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great size for a small kitchen; it brews a single cup and over 16-oz of coffee so I can have plenty of great tasting coffee for just myself or a few cups for 2 of us. Great flavor and easy to use.

Two of these have failed within a year

I have had two of these personal coffeemakers (in black) and both have started leaking water from the bottom after less than a year despite cleaning it. I love the idea of the personal travel coffee maker but I don't think we will be buying another one of these at our house.

Well worth the cost

I have owned faberware coffee makers for decades, after the last one went out I bought this as a quick fix. 4 years later I still love it! I bought a Faberware last week which I will return. The coffee just doesn't taste as good.

My second one

The first one lasted about 6 years used every day then most of the water would be left in the reservoir and not brew, but i figured for the price it did its job so i bought another one.

Love the brand, not this product

I had a 10 dlls coffee maker for 2 years and wanted to get a better one, I bought this one maybe 6 months ago or so and it died. My suggestion is to buy a 10 dlls one at Walmart.

Great Brew, Convenient Too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent brew, much better than our 12 cup coffee maker. Higher water temp definitely makes a difference! Nice to have the cup provided to grab and go. You can brew some good joe with other cups too, just be sure you add no more water than the cup holds!! Looks great, and makes your mornings start off right!
