Great looking! Second one I’ve owned!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This coffee maker works great! This is my second on. My coffee makers get a lot of use. I make a pot of coffee everday. We always use the auto brew. So nice to get up to the coffee already made! ☕️ There’s two things I don’t like. One is when you open the water reservoir lid it gets covered in water that has to be dried all the time and the spout on the coffee pot doesn’t pour nice.

Good coffee machine however screen is so dim!

Good coffee machine however the led screen that used to be bright is now so dim that I have to go into a room with lights turned off to read it. Unfortunate because otherwise great machine.

Disappointed in responses

This is my second KA coffeemaker. Now it’s over a year, so it’s out of warranty. It is troubling to me that the display light is not working and reading reviews, I an not the only one with this issue. What is disappointing is that there is no answer of a resolution from KA. Just give a straight answer to those with issues instead of asking to forward their concerns to an email address. This does not help all those consumers who hoping for a quick response or those who are considering a coffee ma...

Leaked on first use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very dissatisfied because I pulled it out of the box and it leaked. Have to wait for a different model to be shipped to me to replace it and I am out a coffeemaker until it gets here. On a bright side the customer service rep was awesome

Perfect Simple Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how simple and easy this coffee maker is. It includes a gold tone filter to use in place of disposable coffee filters. The water tank is easy to fill and the coffee maker is pleasing to the eye.

Great but my lcd display has become faint

I loved the style and look of this machine. Makes great coffee but out of no where the LCD display went so faint that you no longer can see the time or strength or timer... you only see the brew icon when it brews. Any Ideas in how to fix this?

Can’t clean it properly

The “Clean” light keeps flashing and I have tried using vinegar and a descaling product multiple times as per the instructions and the clean light just keeps flashing. How do I get it to stop? Is it broken? I’ve had it less than a year!

Parents love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this as a gift to my parents who are avid coffee drinkers. They are in their 90’s . So after setting it up it works on its own, leaving us worry free . My mom loves it!

Display went out within a couple of weeks

I tried contacting kitchenaid but their customer service chat doesn't function and they haven't responded to my email inquiry after a week. Nice Features

I've owned this modelalmost 2 years. I live the features; However, I expected a bit more quality. All my appliances are Kitchen aid, mostly red! My prior coffee maker was amazing. Lasted 9 years. This model from the get go was not the same quality.Carafe drips when you pour. Condensation buildup is horrible. The display is too light to read. I have a hunch that may be due to that condensation buildup! I try to dry it after every pot. However it's got to the point unless I set my coffee at night ...

Good Coffee - Can't Find a Replacement Carafe

The coffee maker is great, but when my carafe cracked a month ago I have been on a hunt for a replacement carafe. KitchenAid does not seem to carry replacement carafes for the coffee maker. This is a problem, because we all know how easily the carafe can be broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the removable tank, the "time for a clean" notification, the small pot/normal pot size, pause brew function, and the overall look. This is a killer machine, and I am so happy I found it! The only flaw: I get TONS of condensation after brewing. I have to take out the filter and grounds and open up the top to let some air in. We clean regularly, so I'm not concerned about that, but I just wish there wasn't so much extra moisture. Would buy...

Did not expect this
