doesn't last

Freezer only lasted 3yrs. Convenient that the extended warranty only lasts 3yrs and starts day of purchase, not after manufacture warranty ends. We found this out the hard way. Never buy extended warranty from Lowes.

Bad Compressor

We purchased this freezer June 2, 2022. We came home and the compressor stopped working. We lost about $1,500 worth of meat and now the house smells like rotting meat. If this freezer had not been sitting on a concrete floor it would have ruin our floor. Do not buy this freezer. I am now trying to find out if the compressor was made by LG which are know to fail.

Faulty gasket or door

LOWE'S be aware this defect of door/gasket irregularities has effected so many consumers that bought this freezer this may turn in to a lawsuit. You guys continued to sell this defective product even when you had complete knowledge of this defect. That is intent to defraud. Worst freezer ever!

Took 2 1/2 days to freeze anything, and after owning this freezer for 12 days it completely stopped working. We lost everything!!! I would not recommend this freezer to my worst enemy.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Had this freezer for less than 2 years. Just returned from vacation to find the entire freezer warm. Lights still work but freezer ain't frozen. Thousands of dollars of food into the trash!!! Plus the $1k to buy this junk! Save yourself the hassle!!!

Great freezer!

Read a lot reviews before buying. Mostly about door seal. This freezer is great and door seals amazingly! Freezer works perfectly and I got it for half price to boot!!!

Faulty seal

Bought this not even 2 years ago and been dealing with a faulty seal - Lowes don’t carry them so probably going to have to buy a brand new one already. Not happy.

We will be returning our 2nd freezer. DON"T BUY THIS freezer. There is something wrong with the door and inside just ices over.

Waiting 6 months on new door

Just shy of warranty running out (1 year) discovered my door was warped and causing frost build up. June 2023 called and tech came and ordered new replacement door. As of Dec 26th still no new door and freezer has quit working.

Don’t waste your money

Door gasket failed within 6 months. Not covered under warranty. “Design flaw” was the explanation by the repair tech.

Door seal on top had a slight leak. The compressor went out in 18 months dont buy this piece of crap.

BAD SEAL

IF I could give it a 0 I would. Door seal is bad, causes ice build up in 24-48 hours. According to store they had 5 returned in 1 day due to the seals.
