I find that there is alot of confusion when ordering online. I originally ordered a stove, fridge and the dishwasher. I kept getting text and emails with conflicting info about whether the appliances would be delivered or i would pick them up and if they would be installed or not. I needed them all delivered on the same day. I finally got frustrated and ordered the stove and fridge from a local appliance store.

Would Not RecommendThe dishwasher was delivered with dents in it. Had to return. The return process, contacting Lowes and trying to resolve this problem was a disaster. If I can I will shop other places for my appliances from now on.

We didn’t even take it out of the box. It was visibly damaged the moment we opened the box. The mounting brackets and tub were bent. Lowe’s did not want to take it back, because it had been more than 48 hours.
