As of this post I have not been able to contact the company and their web page throws up an error message. I bought this in February. I really didn't want their k logo on a plate but it is slim pickings and this was all they had. I installed it in a tenant's apartment in the end of February 2020. Rusty piece of junk
Would Not RecommendDon’t buy this. My husband installed it in our tub a few weeks ago, and now both of the screws are super rusty. And by that, I mean completely rusted. Lowe’s should give us a refund for this, and for the 2-day shipping we paid for because it didn’t arrive in 2 days.
