[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used kilz original oil based primer for the first time. I had used some BEHR products in a pantry that was stained with oils, burns, and who knows what else. That pantry came out looking brand new, shelves and all.

Great results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the major paint companies doing away with oil based primers, we have switched to Kilz original interior/exterior primers. I still believe in oil based primers for exterior raw wood.

Brand I trust

good buy, so so packaging

caught on over half price sale, should have bought more, had to order online, not carried in store. Although no cans spilled paint, 3 were dented pretty badly, bottoms bulged out even though they were individually boxed.

Never Fail Every Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently painted the trim in the bedroom. Used Kilz as my go-to primer. Never disappointed. Dries quickly. Makes the topcoat easier.

Good primer

I like the oil based primer. This suff seems like an excellent blocker and it dries pretty quickly. Not much solvent odor.

Amazing sealing all Ive tried it on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stuff, always the first step of any floor or anything that moisture can hurt around homes and business alike. It really provides a water/moisture barrier from about anything you can throw at it. It is a game changer in restrooms and kitchens, floors, walls or ceiling, but I use it mainly on subfloors when I floor homes for customers

No longer stocked at lowes

I've used kilz for years, unfortunately Lowe's is discontinuing this product, but they are going to be stocking a Sherwin Williams brand that is also a good product.

This product is great for priming walls or ceilings, removing water stains from ceilings, and it is easy-use!
