Would RecommendI am in the process of converting a basement room into a workout area. Previously, the walls had been painted with a product that had inadequate coverage. I used "Kilz Hide-All" to prime the walls. It fully coated and filled in the rough surface of the concrete walls. It left them ready for the top coat. It is a good product. Thin and Runs
Would Not RecommendThis primer is very thin and will require more than one coat to cover. It also runs very frequently. I have permanent runs all over my walls now. If paint with primer can go one in one coat, why can straight primer cover with one coat. Skip this and just do a quality paint with primer. It may need a second coat but at least it’s not the 2 extra coats that Kilz would have needed.
