Its a renewable finish that doesn't build up as the new coat dissolves the old. If you tire of the finish it is easily stripped with mineral spirits leaving the wood ready to stain and or seal. Makes wood look good
Would RecommendApplied this paste to our old wood floors and was amazed at how good they looked. Given we applied it by hand which was way faster and smoother than anticipated. Not my first choice but all the other easy on products seemed more chancy. Just used cheesecloth and it went on easy. After it dried I took a cloth attached to sweeper and rubbed excess out. Only problem is floor can be slippery if wearing socks so maybe needs more rubbing. Expect this to last for a few years.
