Invite Hot150 Not Suitable for Left-Side Install

This is a great product for mounting on the RIGHT side/back of a sink. However, with the non-swivel/not adjustable spout and the control on the right side of the faucet, if you wish to mount it on the left, your hand and wrist can easily end up under or spattered by the near boiling water. Having to push the lever back to turn the faucet on, makes it even more unsafe. Faucet does not swivel

Customers should be made aware that the faucet does NOT swivel. Therefore the the dispenser can not be turned around so that the handle is on the left side. As it is made, the water is turned on by pushing the handle back, which can be a problem if you have a backsplash. I cannot turn the water on full force because of this design flaw.

Great Service

The "Locker Method" of pick-up worked great for me! I was a bit confused at first, but very happy at the outset.

Poor quality

Bought in February of 2024, faucet is now leaking in December of 2024. Less than a year and it's already broken

Better faucet than 100 that got stuck a lot.

My first one died in less than two years. Bought this one to avoid lot of plumbing changes Tried twice to fill out warranty online. Never received the confirmation email

We received this product on a warranty contract. We like it much better than what it replaced, primarily because of the new handle design.

like the convenience of instant hot water

Have had numerous insinkerators thru the years. It seems like the last 2 i purchased don't last as long as the older ones did. The one before my recent one only lasted 2 years. Prior to that they lasted over 5 years or longer. Quality on them now seems poor.

It is not as good as my other one

This is my second home and I have a hot/cold one in my other home. This one makes too much noise. I can hear it boiling the water continually. Also, after not using it for 5 months, the water was brown when it came out of the tap. I turned the temperature down while we were not here. Should I have turned it off instead of down? Not sure what to do when it is left for months at a time without use.

This unit looks great and works well

the unit has a seek design; and is easy to turn on; however, the water doesn't seem to get as hot as the unit it replace. Overall, I would recommend it .

Easy installation if you're swapping for like

I was swapping out an older model so install was quick. Just make sure not to reuse ferel and use brass. Hopefully this one will last longer than 18 months

Fourpete

This is my fourth purchase of the HW dispenser. All previous units were replaced due to leakage. All but one was of the stainless steel tank variety. I’ve taken #3 apart and found the leaks were at the drain plug and the inlet and outlet connections on the top. Time will tell how long this unit lasts.

Don't last long

We installed our Hot water dispenser and enjoyed having instant hot water. But our unit burnt out within the warranty period and they sent me a new one . Then within 2 years the water faucet button stopped working, a replacement faucet cost more than the unit with a new faucet so I bought another unit with a different faucet. So far not problems but have only had it a month.

This is the second incinerator l for me. I’m only sad because I didn’t replace it sooner and it was without it for a few years now I enjoy tea and coffee about boiling a kettle. The old bottle we had a good flow could fill a cup in a couple of minutes the new ones slower than slow can’t improve it

Is products nice it makes hot water, but it takes forever to fill your coffee cup or get a small amount of hot water almost quicker to use a microwave
