Defective or bad product??
Would Not RecommendLove the idea of this, but was near impossible to get it to light. Once i did, it kept going out and burned slightly. Of course you cannot return a half burned log so Im out of luck. Even the paper wrapper, unlike a Duraflame, seemed not flammable.
