Great personal service but part didn't fit.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] John was great. Tried his best to help me but after receiving my purchase, the recommended replacement didn't fit. My R125 trimmer is old but still running strong so hated to let it go just because the original head was worn out. Finally received my refund so will give you folks a 5 star review for giving it your best shot. Thanks for trying and it was a pleasure dealing with John.
