Perfect Size, Quiet, & Cooling
Would RecommendPerfect Size, Quiet, and Cooling on Lowest Speed for a 12 x 14 and 10 x 9 space. I have always relied on Hunter fans since my first home purchase in 1982. The construction seems to be the same from the 80s and the quality is also there in the design and options. What I like the most is the quiet nature of the fan-I turn it on at night and I feel the cooling-don't hear it :) If you need a noisy fan to fall asleep-this is not a good option.

Good Value, Nice Fan
Easy to put together. If you cheat a bit, you can assemble the fan blades and light kit first and then mount the fan. It is much easier on the neck and arms. Getting the fan mounted is a bit trickier, but overall easier, at least in my opinion.

Good fan model but check painted parts for flaws
Would RecommendWe have bought this model fan before and have had good success with it. However, when the new fan was being installed, the electrician showed us two problem areas with the paint on the canopy part. One area, about the size of a quarter had no paint and was starting to rust. Another area about the size of a dime had bubbles in the paint. Rather than waiting for a replacement part, and paying for the electrician again to return and finish the work, I had the electrician complete the job. I...

These fans aren't really the best, I have 4 of these one from 2015 in bronze, one from 2016 in bronze, one and white from 2019, and one in brushed nickel from 2019, the 2 bronze ones are the five-minute versions that suck, because they are good for a while, then the blades sag, and then slow down, the other 2 are good, they are NOT the five-minute versions and blow good amounts of air without any problems. DO NOT BUY THE FIVE-MINUTE VERSION, BUY THE CURRENT NON FIVE-MINUTE VERSION.
