I recently received this knife, and it has performed great. I’ve had it for a couple months at this point, it has held its edge, is razor sharp, and is my go to knife when I step into the kitchen to cook.

Incredibly light and sharp

It's super-sharp, holds its edge, and makes amazingly precise cuts. I can't get over how thin the blade is! It's outperformed all my other knives and I'm looking forward to adding more knives from the Henckels line!

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Henkel French knife in 1976. The other day I dropped it squarely on the tile for lore, and it broke. I sent it back to the manufacturer no questions asked and received a beautiful 8 inch chefs knife. Extremely high-quality very sharp. I knew when I purchased my French knife in 1976. It would last a lifetime. I had no idea how great the service would be.
