Would RecommendI've always purchased knives from major warehouse stores and would try and sharpen them just for them to go dull within a few days. This thing is amazing. Really nice quality and weight. Cuts through potatoes and thick cuts of meat not problem. Highly recommend

Would RecommendNice knife and good value for money. My only con is the blockish handle is not as comfortable as I would like. Not a major issue but would have picked another style had I been able to handle the knife first.
