Would RecommendI bought these as an addition to the set I bought years ago.. These work well with all the knives in the lovely block set. They have the same balanced grip and have proven to be the sharpest, and are very easy to handle carefully when slicing. Our block set has held up well for several years

Would RecommendExcellent knives love you can register them too and find out how to sharpen them. Super nice handles I have shaky hands these stay firmly in my grip. Larger than regular steak knives too in my opinion for home use really think they look very professional too. I will be buying more.

Quality diminished from years ago.
Would Not RecommendNot the same quality as used to be. My wife and I got a set of these knives when we married 20 years ago. When the handle broke on one one I ordered a replacement and man have the standards dropped. The blade is thin and flimsy…it’s ok but not the same quality.

Would Not RecommendThe product seemed for flimsy than the set it replaced. After one cycle through the dishwasher, there seemed to be a film on the handle. They’re new, but I assume they’ll function well.

Henckels again delivers quality cutlery
Would RecommendI own several Henckels knives dating back so many years I can't remember how old they are. Some were given to me by my parents when I was in my early 20s (I'm in my 60s now). I have never been let down by any Henckels product. Ever. These steak knives look to be the same time-tested quality we've grown to love in Henckels products. I would highly recommend these and any Henckels products to anyone - novice or pro - with no hesitation whatsoever!
