Beware- Installation Nightmare
Would Not RecommendShed was purchased in September 2025, the purchase was simple. Working with Heartland/Backyard Products has been somewhat of a nightmare. Scheduling is a mess, installation contractors do not show up on time and their craftmanship is subpar. Nails sticking out, no sill plate installed, used nails where screws should have been used, put wrong panels in place and caulked holes where they had to remove the nails, did not install the 2 vents that were supposed to be installed, and shed remains ...
Great shed / poor installation

Im usually not a complainer, but they left pools of paint, loose nails and nail studded pieces of wood behind. Would have been very dangerous if I had kids.

Good shed....but.......
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hesitate to say it is awesome because I have front two doors that were not hung properly and then the handy man that was sent to "fix" them basically made it worse.....should have told company i want the doors replaced. I/we have since added two outside bolts and another inside hinge to keep the doors from bowing open. Am I happy I spent that much money and its not perfect...yes. Does the shed do what i need it to do...yes.

Great, well built shed, sturdy, and level
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought shed about 45 days ago, installer was on time, surprised it was only 1 person. But he was a veteran at putting sheds together, I just kept him well hydrated with Gatorade. I have not been disappointed, shed is level, sturdy, and well put together. I had specific requirements on location and part on my land was not that level. He did a great job of making sure all requirements were met. I would do it all again.

Excellent Purchase!
