Nice shed, poor cleanup after install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good shed, but the cleanup after was poor. There are still spots of red paint all over our artificial turf. I was told someone would be by to take care of it, but nothing yet

It took them 3 months to get me the product. The guy that came out to put it together he was not every friendly.

Stillwater Shed

Bad instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had someone help build structure. The instructions don’t explain very well on the material locations and how they should be placed to fit. When you get the putting the walls up they don’t match up based on the frame. One would think everything would be step by step to fit in the end but had to purchase additional material to make it work.

Great features wide double doors

Measured to perfection

Buyer beware, poor quality, poor customer service

I ordered this shed the other day. After trailering it home, I opened a sealed product to find the bottom layers rotten and covered in mold. I called the company's customer service and they said there is nothing they can do for me. Now, I have to deal with headache of returning the 1200lb product

Sub par materials and quality control

Sub par materials, twisted and warped 2x4s, inaccurate cut lengths on wall materials that cause walls to not sit properly, some 2x4s that are called out at 24" long end up being shy by an 1/8" Short 2x4s end up not being as wide as a normal 2x4 and are shy of the normal 3.5" and are 3.375" Spend extra and pick your own lumber and build it yourself. You may spend more but you wont regret it

do not purchase

I bought a 10 by 10 shed with floor . They did not have all the pieces that was listed in the instructions or was wrong size . They had random wood pieces . I had to go buy a lot of the wood because it was not in the kit. or was to short. Total waste of money

LOVE THIS SHED

Great shed company

Looks great. Missing a threshold. Little confusion at the store level although the many people I spoke with were friendly and will not having an answer set out to find an answer. Once you get going with the instructions pretty easy to assemble.
