I really like this oven
My model number on my unit is actually 31191 but that was not on the list. Anyway, I have had this oven for 2.5 weeks and so far I love it. Does not take up much space on the counter. I love the air fryer function and the reheat. I do have to air fry things at a higher temperature and for longer than package directions, but that is not a big deal to me. This was purchased to replace an old Hamilton Beach Countertop oven that worked so well and lasted so long that I decided to stay with a Ha...

Heating coils bottom broken
Toaster was working great, bought it like 3 years ago. Then noticed that it was taking long to heat up food or toast. Found out the bottom coils were broken and only the top ones work. Does anyone know how to fix them or where to replace them?

It worked fine but the door spring broke.
It's a decent budget oven toaster grill with rotisserie spot, but the convection fan does not have its own heating coil. So it's not doing turbo convect. I'm using a special placement and some weight to keep the door closed .
