It definitely makes a big difference in the way it looks. I have gotten many people ask me ho I keep my pool looking so good. I tell them about this product and some have purchased it themselves. Highly recommend.

Must have!

awesome for pools

Works for us overnight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works so well at getting and keeping our pool crystal clear especially with the massive amounts of rain we have been having. The directions are easy to follow and measure. I highly recommend it and use it in above ground pool.

Sparkling Clear

Within a few of hours, the pool was ready for summer fun. Simple instructions made for easy treatment. Conveniently packaged for easy storage and use. Now part of my regular maintenance, my pool is ready to use whenever I need to stay cool from the summer heat.

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenient packaging. It was so easy to just open one and spread it into the pool. I had never used shock that wasn't liquid. It did dissolve quickly so I didn't have to worry about it fading my liner. I do have a larger pool so there have been times I've had to use 2 packets instead. But the convenience of the packs are great. It also does have enough power to keep it clear.

I saw a recommendation for this product at first, it did the job but just couple days later our pool water went back to green again. Now the swimming season is over so we just don't care of turning it to clear again. Works perfect

I was able to get rid of the slight algae that was starting to grow in my pool and take care of the greenish looking water in what seemed like less than 24 hours. The packets are easy to pour into the pool, the filter and skimmer do the job for you to mix throughout the water and then you just wait for the magic to happen. The hot summer we had this year required a bit more care since there was more need to use the pool in the northeast and HTH shock worked well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pool sat unused for longer than I typically allow, so it definitely needed the shock treatment we just gave it. It got rid of the accumulated algae, and got my chlorine levels back to normal. I would buy this again

Perfect for weekly use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shock treatment bags are perfect for weekly use. Buying the 6 pack of them makes it more convenient for only having to buy every month and a half. I use these smaller bags for after raining and heavy use. Keeps the water crystal clear.

Best Shock you can get for the Price!!!

I have used the Shock, the Advanced Shock, the Algae Guard 10, the pH Down and the Phosphate Remover. My family and I spent a big part of the summer at camp, and allowed our 30ft round above ground pool to turn a very green, swampy, algae filled pool. I’m also happy to note that this shock treatment doesn’t leave that lingering (or eye burning) chlorine scent after treatment, very easy to use, worked fast and provided the results I needed after the first use. I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this pool shock. We like to shock the pool often. It is super effective. Not too strong to where it burns eyes or skin when using. Easy to use and love it comes in individual bags, no measuring! Leaves pool clear and doesn't take too long to awim again.

Crystal results

It was so impressive how quickly this would go to work sanitizing and cleaning, we wanted to swim right away. I would shock at evening so we could swim next day, to crystal clear and clean water.

Pool shock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great! Love the pool shock.. my pool stays crystal clear, kids don't complain with to much chemicals. Great in opening up the pool and keeping it clean all summer. Ours was a rusty brown, shock it and it's so clear.

I only use one pack of this and run my filter good and it will always clear it up quickly! I love that this comes in a pack of 6, saving me time and money as well. HTH Shock

Hth Pool Shock

It dissolves quickly and kills bacteria and algae. It sanitizes and restores pool to crystal clear conditions. It can be used on all pool types. I have a half in, half out chlorinated pool and it worked great!
