Powerful enough and balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have for a month and used many times. Some times heavy use. Overall, works like a charm. 60v allows me to cut for over 45 minutes on 16" and normal setting. Have all 60v, so I have many batteries to swap from device to device, and the chargers to charge them all. Easy assembly and like the quick fill spool.

Blower does its job.

Does a decent job for a smaller (not backpack) blower. Light. Quiet. Very easy to use.

Worked great.... until it didn't

First, it worked pretty much like any other string trimmer. the bump feed is just as temperamental and you have the same issues as any other string trimmer with feed, etc. Naturally, as you use it the bump knob will wear out. This wouldn't be a huge problem, since the bump knob is a 'replaceable' part, but they're impossible to find- especially when you also need the spring because it got lost when the bump knob cracked. Replacement bump knobs don't fit great and similar springs aren't ideal. Cu...

Low Battery life

Go Green It Works

Best battery powered equipment I have ever tried. The blower was amazing and more power than my gas plower by far. So impressed I purched the lawn mower.

No more gas

Very happy with this combo ... Everything works as described ... no more gas ... Lightweight ... Cut and blew my hole yard first time on 3/4 charge ... Just so much more simple than fooling with gas powered ... For the everyday homeowner with average lot sizes this is perfect ...

Trimmer Great...60 V 2Amp Battery worthless

I love the trimmer. The deal at the time included an extra battery and charger (2 Amp). Well, a few months ago, the first battery went bad (both chargers agreed with that indication). This past month, the second battery went bad. Of Course, Lowes, no longer carries the batteries, or, for that matter, the trimmer. Though, I can get a new charger from Lowes, but I have three of those because of the deal with the extra battery ( also bought a Greenworks Hedge trimmer last year). Why can't I...

Trimmer and blower kit

Blower works well, it's pretty powerful. Trimmer has some issues: 1. The battery of this kit doesn't work properly for the trimmer, the power permanently disconnects (trimmer works perfect with another battery). 2. The string extension axis gets stuck in the "head" while bumping, it needs to be reset manually.

Don’t waste your money

Never made one time around the yard not a big yard easy trim head locked up screws fell out when inspection of the head unit, Lowe’s would not cover warranty as we bought in November end of year. Took back in March do not buy others brands much better. Battery is the size of a car battery

The one problem is weight of the battery

Why they couldn't have designed a shoulder strap for this thing is beyond me.

Good but not good

The power and convenience of the trimmer and blower were surprisingly great however it doesn’t last long at all. The packaging describes a battery life of 1.25 hours. I barely get 20 minutes out of it before it dies. I may have to go back to gas/mix for longevity!
