Poor Quality: Broke on First Use

I purchased this product a week ago. During the first use, the nozzle assembly stopped spinning. I invite knew the build quality was not awesome but I thought it would be ok for occasional use. I don't if they will refund the money. I'll update this review if they do.

Deck washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just works cleans my deck and resurfaces it for refinishing also cleans sidewalks workers well with my troybuilt pressure washer.

Saves time cleaning sidewalks.

11" Surface cleaner does a great job cleaning the sidewalk and cuts the time spent in half +. The connection between the surface cleaner disk and black connect system is weak and leaked after two uses. Greenworks has great warrenty support and replaced the tool immediately. The tool works with ease AND I will use it gently since the connection is not that strong.

Small but Mighty

I had bought a competitor's cleaner, and after much back and forth with the company rep, the unit just did not work, and they would not provide a refund. I did need one, so I tried this version and although smaller, it works very well with my Greenworks 2000 psi washer. The cleaner does provide a lot of exit pressure at the nozzles, and it did cause some flaking of natural stone. Does a good job for residential use

I’ve had this for a while and it does good, but if the seals start to leak, throw it away. No repair parts are available through GreenWorks.

Not well designed - broke on first use - don't buy

We purchased this rotating surface cleaner with high hopes. One of the nozzles popped off during the very first use only 3 or 4 minutes into our cleaning session on a very flat bluestone surface. Not well designed and broke on the first try. Spend your money on something else.

Buy This product!!

That attachment has cut my workload by 75%. Takes half the time to clean my driveway and pool deck. I can't recommend it enough.

AMAZING Job!

My mom and I saw this on the TV show Dirty Rotten Cleaners. We saw the couple cleaning around a pool and were amazed! We bought this for my dad. He was skeptical without trying it, but I finally convinced him to try it. He used it thus week and it is amazing. He even had my mom order another one. My dad is tall and asked if there was an extension and he is excited about that as well. There are no before pictures. If this allows I will post a picture later!

A very helpful accessory.

I have owned the 11" rotating surface cleaner for approximately one month. I have used it to clean my front walk and my driveway. Neither one has been cleaned in years. Now having this unit, I intend to use it on my concrete annually. I know that it will work better. I had to take my time and let the unit do the work. It is not like mopping a floor. 2000 PSI power washer and 11-inch surface cleaner

The 11-inch surface cleaner, which I bought separately for my new Greenworks 2000 PSI power washer, made it very easy to clean my big dirty concrete driveway. I wish Greenworks would make a bigger one, 16” would be nice. I absolutely love the power washer, its thoughtful design makes it easy to haul the unit and its various attachments around. Can easily pick it all up with one arm and carry it over rough terrain, or pull it along on its wheels on flat terrain.

Good product

I bought this last month and just cleaned my driveway and front porch in 2 hours. Plan to do back porch soon. However a longer handle would do even better.
