The wrong item was delivered, and it didn't even have a label on it. Lowe's scheduled a pickup for the next day. I received two emails with the same reference number—one for the pickup and one for the delivery. I personally handed the item to the people who picked it up, but I have no confirmation or record of the transaction. Additionally, it is impossible to start a return online based on a wrong delivery.

Would Not RecommendSpent a lot of money buying these from Lowe's to put these around my garden beds and trees. In less than a year, most of them were decaying from bottom up. Bad quality wood and the "staining" does nothing for holding up with normal seasonal changes in weather.
