Would RecommendPurchase this camera and know that it works well. Without issue. The only advice needed beyond the instruction manual is that, if you already have a Nest device in your home, this camera will need to be physically close to that existing device during setup (it will obtain wifi login info from the device that's already connected to your network). Everything else about this camera is super solid.

Best Outdoor Camera Ever!
Would RecommendThe Nest Outdoor Cam is the best ever. Initially I had chosen the Nest Doorbell but wasn’t able to Install it. ONTECH gave me a couple of options and I chose the Nest Cam Doorbell. The Cam Doorbell has all the features of the Doorbell and so much more such as facial recognition, 180 degree view, two-way audio, ability to zoom in on images, and the CLARITY is spectacular. Nest is No.1. Easy to use.

This was very easy to install make sure you click the power cord into the device properly. Then it goes on. The setup easy to install an mount then the linking with your other nest product owes very easy. Love my two new cameras!

Excellent security camera
Would RecommendThe IQ cameras are excellent. Superior video quality and cloud storage. However, without subscribing to Nest Aware, video storage and playback is horrible. Trust me, I have 9 cameras around my house and I speak from experience. Also, one of my cameras failed in less than a year, but fortunately still under warranty and replaced. A 2nd camera’s video feed intermittently became a gray screen.

Very New To CCTV
Would RecommendI was in need of having proof of what my ex-husband was doing around my home. Because of being a Dish customer it was very simple to obtain a Nest Cam IQ Outdoor and to have it installed by the professional. Then to be trained on how to use it was easier than I had thought it would be. The clarity during the night time hours is remarkable. The idea that all is recorded it very much a plus for me.

Top of the line camera!
Would RecommendThis camera was pricey, but the quality is high end in both the finish, look And durability, as well as the picture quality. It blends in well with my house. I installed right above the garage door via the ontech installation team who did an incredible job drilling thru a foot deep wood beam! Love the camera for peace of mind and just knowing whats happening.
