It comes on automatically when you don't know you need it, but is easily switched on by a double click of your interior wall switch. Would RecommendVery easy installation. Just connect power wires to their included connector, and then connect that to the prewired connector. No diagrams needed! Very simple. Would like better movement on the lights themselves.
