So far it seems to work fine

8505 on a driveway

It’s a little early to have the full results but the driveway was rained on about 30 hours after I put down the 8505 and the water beaded up and didn’t penetrate. That’s a good sign. Time will tell how long it iasts.

Went further than I thought.

I built a garage so fresh concrete. The guys that poured the concrete said the price included a sealer. They used SpecChem LithSeal and after my research its just a concrete densifier and harder. I noticed it didnt "seal" from water or anything. I reached out to Ghostshield and told them what I had if the 8505 or 8510 would be compatible with whats already on the concrete short answer they said they didnt know. Great product

Product applied as directed. Put on my new shop floor. So far so good!!

Sealing new shop floor

Product was easy to apply with 18” roller. After it was dry, the floor looks like it did before applying. Water beads up very nicely. I would use it again.

Great product

I purchased this to seal a new concrete floor in our garage. I chose to apply with a roller. Instructions were easy to follow. No issues with application. No strong odors. Hoping it holds up well.

We expected to see water beading up. With 2 1/2” of rain. But it looks dry. Its really to early to tell.

Works as advertised

Special shout out to Rita, who provided product technical selection guidance, confirmation of product quantity and installation guidelines making the applications very easy. After the 24 hour installation curing time, it rained and the water "beaded off" the pool stamped concrete surround and ran off as advertised. Job well done

The worst part of applying Siloxa-Tek was finding three dry days in a row to get the job done. But having said that the application went very well as I sprayed it on and it was easy to do. We have had a couple of rains since the application and the cement seems to be sealed up tight. I have had the product on for only 3 days but so far I am very happy with the outcome

I own Braun Concrete here in Colorado and this sealer is the best sealer I have ever used.

Good product

It applies just like the directions indicated, did not change the color of our textured surface and and leaves a waterproof seal with water beading up on it. Pretty much what I expected and hoped for.

The product went down easily and after it dried for 24 hours, everything worked as advertised. It rained a few days later and the rain water beaded up. The driveway did not become slick. This looks like it will work for the next ten years.

Ordered and delivered as promised. I’m using the densifier as a primer for the 8505 water, salt, and oil sealer. I diluted with one gallon of distilled water per gallon if densifier. My concrete area was 1550 square feet so the provided info says 2 gallons thus diluted would cover 1600 sf. It didn’t. I used a low pressure backpack sprayer on a windless day in the mid 80’sF. AS ADVERTISED

I purchased this after reading positive reviews and wow it didn't disappoint. I started with the Lititech densifier and waited 7 days before applying the 8505. It was super easy I would just remind you not to apply in direct sunlight so it doesn't evaporate. This is 48hrs after application, in direct sunlight and 3 hours after the water was put on it! And there are still 5 days of further protection to come. Very impressed.

Bluestone usage

Initially only put a single coat on low traffic area and two coats on high traffic. Product had minimal discoloration.
