Years of great usage.
I bought the 7 when it first came out and have had years of wonderful use hiking and working outdoors. I had one button stop working and they made everything right again. I am a Garmin support for life. I now have the 7 and the 8.

I bought this watch about a month ago and it has a lot of features I am looking forward to using. As an avid golfer I love the golf app as it gives really accurate ,real time info of the courses. I’ve had this watch for about 6 months. Replaced an old (and still working) Fenix 2. The Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar is awesome. I don’t have massive wrists but I still really like the physical size. There are also some really great watch faces you can download if you want. The battery life is so good. Light years past my old Fenix 2 which I couldn’t make it through a day in smart Bluetooth mode. Very happy with my fenix 7X
Over the past 10 years I've had 4 gps watches with map features including the fenix 7X. This is finally a watch that reaches the correct level of quality. I've had no error in vert feet count and the distance tracking is always very close to the one of a recent iPhone.

Still functional several years later
The only problem i had was the itchy strap and the glass cracked after more than two years of use. Contacted GARMIN and they sent me a replacement for a decent fee. I’ve been using the replacement for several years now, and it still hold a good charge. All features and updates were great. I use it for cycling, running and to track my steps and sleep.
