Even though the Venu 2 45mm is 5 years old, it still seems modern. It has the health features I'm looking for. Especially since this my first smartwatch and I am starting to get back in shape after many years away. I took several weeks of looking at a variety of watches and companies. I thought Garmin was too expensive, but after I saw a sale on this model with a great warranty I couldn't ignore it. I love the battery, Connect apps and the history of the Garmin name also.

Garmin Garbag
I purchased this watch two years ago, but since an update last year, it has been randomly switching off. To restart it, you need to connect it to a power source. Once it’s back on, there’s still 50% charge remaining. Despite repeated complaints, the issue has been ignored. The battery was initially good, but it deteriorated significantly after the update. Customer care and Garmin themselves seem indifferent to the problem. I wish I had bought an Apple Watch instead of wasting money on this Garmi...

Venu 2 Feedback
I've had my Venu 2 for a couple of years now, my first Garmin was a Vivoactive 3. I've generally been happy with Garmin; I wasn't a fan of their big UI upgrade. I'm currently researching to replace it with a model with a bigger display screen and something that can track more movements like hack squats and leg presses, also something that can do more than just track weights and reps. It would be nice, for the price, to have a Garmin watch that offers suggestions or observations about progress t...

It’s alright
I’ve had it for two years and the battery now dies in the mid 30 percent. Some times it’ll turn on and just go to an odd screen. It’s actually en route to garmin so I can get another watch For something that’s supposed to last a while and be of quality, 2 years of life and having to get a new one only at 25 percent off MSRP is kind of a slap to the face to the consumer

I love this watch
I am an avid runner, a streaker (have run everyday for 19+ years), I do yoga, lift weights and a number of other exercises on a regular basis. The Garmin Venu 2 is perfect for me. It does everything I want for tracking and analyzing my runs, walks and workouts and then some. It really is a the perfect fitness watch.

The Garmin fails to average the number of steps
The Garmin fails to average the number of steps, it reads 13180 and never changes. Someone should have checked it.

Disappointed
The watch is now three years old and has started to continuously shut down on its own, especially during any kind of event. Clearly there is a manufacturing defect but Garmin will only offer a 20% discount on a replacement. From my research, this appears to be a common problem.

A Great Upgrade to the Venu
I've had my Venu 2 for about a month, and have loved the upgraded features compared to the Venu. Getting a sleep score, a brighter screen, and longer battery life have been super appealing. The touch screen feels more responsive than my Venu, which I appreciate. Nothing but good things so far with my Venu 2.

Died after 3 years
My Venu 2 had been a great watch until a few months ago it would start shutting down during an event. It now needs to be replaced as nothing we tried resolved the issue.

Very Satisfied!
This is my fourth smart watch and so far it's my favorite. It feels like it's a much more robust device than any I've had before. I bought this primarily for health monitoring rather than fitness and exercise tracking, though those functions look very useful as well. Step counting and heart rate seems to be very accurate. Implementation of all functions seems well thought out and professional.

I loved this watch until...
I had the watch for a couple of years but recently the watch has become rather unstable and apparently it is a known problem with the OS. It was a great watch until the issue.

So much more than my Ultra
Love it exactly what I was looking for. Interested in the fenix now but will stick with this for a little bit first. I thought I wanted a smartwatch that also tracked fitness with the Ultra but Garmin is what I really wanted a fitness device that is also a smart watch great product
