What Customers Are Saying
The Grabit Damaged Screw Remover has mixed reviews regarding its performance. While some users found it effective at removing stripped or damaged screws, the majority reported that the tool failed to grip or extract the screws, and in some cases, it further damaged the screw heads or enlarged the holes. The instructions for using the tool were also unclear, and a few reviewers commented on the poor quality of the tool itself.

Would Not RecommendThis is so far not working to remove a screw in a 2x4. It's possible the battery was too weak on my drill so I'll update after a full charge if needed.

Does not work
Would Not RecommendBought this to remove a cheap screw stuck in a wall. It wouldn't even budge it. None of the 4 bits would dig into the hole, and the other side of the bits instantly wore the teeth down to the nub. I will be retuning this junk. It was easier to just grab the screw with pliers and breaking it off in the wall
Thumbs down
Would Not RecommendGarbage. Didn't pull the screws loose. Ended up having to drill the screw with a drill bit. Honestly my drill bit got stuck and tightened the screw I was trying to remove. If I had a bit that rotated the opposite way it would have worked where this product failed.

First you use one side with the drill bit to create a cleaner hole in the head of the screw. Then you flip the bit around and, on low, you press on the bit to get it to bind to the screw head. The drill worked to create the clean hole but I was unable to get the screw part of the bit to bind to the the screw head. I did as directed usi...

Did not work - Made everything worse
Would Not RecommendI followed the instructions precisely, and this extractor completely failed. The burnishing end did an ok job at cleaning up the screw, but I could tell it was struggling to clean the hardened metal. When I switched to the extractor end, it did NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. It just skated around the inside of the hole, drilling the hole out even bigger. Utter waste of time, and has actually made my situation measurably worse. I wish I could ask for more than a refund, because now I need to figure...
