Poor Performance

Excellent capacity, but poor performance. The Programming knob went off and was not able to set it to the correct cycle. It was fixed. Six moths later it shut off. MOther board changed, Lock changed finally the water pump was not working. Thanks God still was under warranty. Very sad and disappointed, because it looks great and the features are fantastic.

Great value and performance

Ease of operation. Well balanced and relatively quiet. Only opportunity for improvement would be ability to spin unbalanced loads. Small loads of towels won't spin due to lack of ability to balance the load.

Great to have a washer that works flawlessly and has all the features you might want.

After having the machine just under two years, the pump has stopped working and it is out of warranty.

Don’t waste your money

It would be great if it worked properly. Biggest piece of garbage. About 2 years in needed pump and new board and about two months after replacing it leaking water everywhere again. Service from local independent was terrible.

Everything I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large enough to fit my very fluffy King sized comforter. Leaves everything smelling clean! Rubber door seal has not grown any mold and keeps its self clean. Love the ability to create your own cycle times. I don’t notice the noise. All of the different t features I’m loving

Do your research.

The capacity, cycle features, and even the noise level are not too bad at all. The real issue is the performance. We are a married couple and don’t use the machine as often as a family. We clean it out monthly and typically run it every few days, sometimes going even longer between uses. That said, within just two years (as of today), the control board has failed, and now I have to pay for a replacement and installation. For an appliance this expensive and relatively new, it should have lasted ...

DO NOT PURCHASE!! BUYER BEWARE!!

We had this washer for 1 1/2 years. The limited warranty last for a year for a reason cause that’s how long it lasted! Luckily we bought as extended warranty with Allstate. One day it just stopped spinning. Allstate replaced motor, belt and now the inverter board. We were told the issues with the washer are beyond repair. So they will either replace it with the same junk or pay us out. We have been without a washer for 3 weeks as a family of 4 with kids in sports! Of course we have the dryer to ...

Junk

Junk. One month to the day after the warranty expires it stopped working. Replaced the pump and work for about another month then the door lock jammed. Replace the lock. The next thing that went out was the control board. My biggest regret is buying the matching dryer one month before the warranty went out…now it is a ticking time bomb. I guess I will get a different brand now and wait for the dryer to fry next year when its warranty goes out. I’ve never written a bad review for an applia...

This has been a very good washer. The WIFI can be tricky setting up, however we really enjoy the notifications

Great features

I love the capacity and the options of spin cycles which save me time in the dryer! Also love the automatic detergent refill!! No more lifting heavy bottles before each load! Very pleased with this unit. It was recommended by a friend!!! So many options to help on my laundry day!

Bought this thing no more that 16 months ago and the board is already shot. Beyond disappointed

Ruined my brand new remolded laundry room floor

Not user friendly regarding the load type and not even 30 days of use it started leaking during every wash and ruined our brand new flooring. The seal was defective and had to be replaced.

Excellent Washer

I really like the automatic detergent sensor. It's adjustable to do less or more detergent to your liking. And I don't have to mess with laundry bottles as much. My clothes come out fresh and clean.

Bad bad bad 

Bought June 2024, died April 2025. GE says I'm out of warranty. Device said h2o error and shut off. The door is locked with clothes stuck inside and won't unlock. It just power cycles constantly. Stay away from GE!!! 

Lots of Options

This washer has a large capacity and many features such as cold wash, quick wash and other options that make it easy. I have't tried the wifi option or the My Settings options yet!

Cadillac of washing machines

This washer is efficient and has presets that work for any type of load that our family needs. It is a bit noisey , but that is too br expected. It can wash a big load with no issues and even has a quick wash feature if you are washing a small load. Works like a rocket ship and looks like a Cadillac!!! I would purchase again.

No reason not to like

We have used this washer for over a year and it work very every time. We like this for its bigger capacity, front-loading, and easy to use features.
